ITINERARY
Meet and greet in Galway at 9. 00am
•Visit the quaint seaside village of Kinvara with a stop at Dunguire Castle, an excellent example of an Irish tower house protruding out into the Doorus Peninsula.
•Drive the stunning coast road as its ascends towards the Cliffs of Moher. Experience stunning vistas of Galway Bay, the Aran Islands and Atlantic Ocean.
• Lunch at a Traditional Irish Pub in Doolin
•Visit the seaside village of Doolin and stop at a traditional Irish pub before returning via the Burren uplands.
•Explore the Burren uplands and Corconmoe Abbey. Here you’ll discover the story of early Christian monasticism in the Burren.
•Visit the The Burren Perfumery, meet the makers and experience the beauty of the Burren uplands, close up.
•View The Poulnabrone Dolmen where you can discover how the Neolithic people of the Burren lived dating back 6, 000 years.
•Stop at Lemaneh Castle, the home of the infamous Maire Rua, before visiting Kilfenora and the spa town of Lisdoonvarna.
