Welcome! I’d love to show you what makes Ireland—especially the west—so special, through the eyes of a knowledgeable local and a fully qualified professional guide.
I’m a Fáilte Ireland–approved National Tour Guide with a BA (Hons.) in History and Heritage Studies, and I’ve been guiding visitors around Ireland since 2012. My roots in Galway (Galwegian roots, to be exact) stretch back to 1776, with family connections to the Aran Islands, so the stories, landscapes, and traditions you’ll experience with me are deeply personal as well as historically grounded.
I specialise in private, bespoke tours of Ireland, offering luxury transport for up to 7 guests. My services include day tours, multi-day tours starting in Dublin, and shore excursions from Galway Port. Over the years, extensive travel around the world taught me just how powerful a great guide can be in bringing a place to life—and that’s exactly what I aim to do for every guest.
As a fully accredited Fáilte Ireland National Tour Guide, I hold full public liability insurance, an SPSV licence, and a D1 driver’s licence. I’m also proud of my reputation as a safe, professional, and conscientious driver, something consistently reflected in my reviews. I was honoured to serve as former Chairperson of the Galway Tour Guides Association and I’m a current member of ATGI – the Association of Tour Guides of Ireland.

I live in Galway City by the sea, was born in a Gaelic-speaking area, and I’m always happy to share a cúpla focal along with my passion for Irish history, folklore, and local culture. If your plans are still taking shape, I’m more than happy to help you design an itinerary that fits your interests, pace, and travel style.
Every tour I offer is highly customisable. Whether you’re dreaming of the Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, or the Aran Islands, or you’d like to include something a little different—such as a visit to a seashore oyster farm, a cookery school on an enchanted island, artisan weavers, or a local independent whiskey distillery—it can all be arranged. I’m also happy to organise airport pick-ups or onward travel to your next accommodation.
Your time in Ireland is precious. With my local knowledge, professional expertise, and passion for storytelling, I’ll create a memorable, tailor-made Irish tour that helps you make the most of every moment.
Send me a message or share your dream itinerary—I’d be delighted to help make it a reality.
